Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our retail operations. COURTESY AUTO SALES needs a quality person to assist our technicians in prechecking our vehicles before being offered for retail sale. Must be experienced in used car repair. The job includes some test driving of vehicles and ordering parts for technicians. This position would be a good opportunity for an experienced mechanic that is ready to take a break from their tools. Courtesy Auto Sales has been in business since 1976 and has great plans to continue. We provide a pleasant work environment and have an excellent staff. We have a ten bay shop with all the necessary equipment and are conveniently located in Chesapeake near college park. We offer a 5% matching 401k, health insurance and vacation. Hours for this position will be 8 am to 5pm Monday- Friday. No weekends! Some days you may have to work to 6pm. Paid holidays after 90 days. Salary will be based on experience.
