Fine Dining Server, twenty-eight Atlantic

Cape Cod's only double Five-Star resort is seeking servers for its signature waterfront restaurant, twenty- eight Atlantic, which is the first and only Five Star establishment in the region. The role requires the desire to provide exemplary service, always going above and beyond to create memorable experiences for all guests.

The server's responsibilities include:

* Following the restaurant's sequence of service utilizing proper procedures and standards as established by management

* Commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods

* Commanding knowledge of wine and spirits

* Guiding guests through their full experience at the restaurant

* Cleaning of all supplies

* Working as a team and effectively communicating to co-workers and management

* Anticipating guest needs

* Fulfilling any special requests from guests

* Accommodating and serving guests in a warm, gracious manner

The role requires previous experience in a fine dining restaurant. Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star standards is preferred.
