Job Description:

As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for Three Notch’d and Uncool, you will be crucial in promoting our brewery's products and building relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences and sharing your enthusiasm for our brand while providing valuable insights to help us improve our marketing and sales strategies.

You Are:

Not required to have any experience or prior knowledge, if you’re selected to join our brand ambassador team, we’ll provide the training and tools you need to be successful! The most successful candidates tend to have:

• Excellent Communication Skills: You are comfortable listening, engaging, and answering customer questions.
• Self-Motivated: You will be required to work independently at times, the most successful brand ambassadors are responsible and can manage their tasks and schedules effectively
• Adaptability: This role may require you to work in a variety of settings, from supermarkets to bars, restaurants and events. You should be adaptable and able to tailor your approach to different environments and audiences
• Availability: Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential to accommodate retail schedules and occasional events
• Reliable Transportation: It doesn’t have to look great, as long as it starts and gets you from point A to point B!
• Creativity: You gain energy discovering creative ways to engage customers, tell our story, and make the brand stand out in a competitive market

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product tastings and engage with customers at retail locations, including supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, to promote our brewery's products.
• Share information and stories about our beers, including their ingredients, brewing process, and unique qualities, in an informative and engaging manner.
• Create a positive and memorable brand experience for customers, leaving a lasting impression and encouraging them to explore our products further.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional events and displays as needed.
• Represent the brewery at occasional events, such as beer festivals, tastings, and community gatherings.
• Collect and document customer feedback and data on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines related to alcohol sales and promotions.
• Collaborate with the brewery team to communicate feedback and insights obtained during brand ambassador activities.

Qualifications:

• Passion for craft beer and knowledge of the brewing industry is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
