As a Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Specialist at Caring, you will:

Work in a small team of IT Support personnel, this role will be hands-on with the testing, shipping & replenishment process of company hardware (computers, cameras, headsets, etc.) Moderate IT experience is highly desirable.

• Manage and oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify and inspect the condition and quantity of received goods. Perform quality control tests on hardware equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with standards.
• Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware equipment.
• Report on inventory levels, shortages, and other relevant metrics to management.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Shipping hardware to the employee if they are remote & ensuring the hardware is returned and inventoried when an employee leaves the company.
• Asset Management - Assigning devices to the correct employees & ensuring devices are logged appropriately in the asset management tool.
• Ensure the IT area is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
• Assist with ad-hoc company shipments as needed.

Our Ideal Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Specialist candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
• Preferably prior experience supporting a call center environment.
• Setup and support of company technical equipment.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Must be flexible & dependable.
• Must be able to lift packages up to 30 lbs.
