INSPYR Solutions is Hiring an Associate Graphic Designer (Junior) Near Charlotte, NC
Location: Charlotte, NC-Hybrid
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Compensation: $20-25/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Roles/ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Graphic Designer will create visually compelling deliverables for the in-store consumer experience, with a focus on Point-of-Purchase signage and product packaging. You will execute design deliverables representing the client brands, following the brand guidelines and standards to the highest degree. You'll also support the creative team in executing branded content across various digital and print mediums.
- Design and version out packaging designs across multiple SKU's
- Execute Point-of-Purchase deliverables while continuously thinking of ways to improve the POP experience.
- Ensure all deliverables are designed in accordance with our global brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing, product, and other departments.
- Communicate project progress and potential challenges to the Lead Designer on a timely basis.
- Simultaneously work on multiple projects with various time-sensitive deadlines
- Open to Associates Degree, Preference for Bachelor's degree in Design or related area
- 1 year of professional experience in consumer-driven companies or agencies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of print design best practices
- Must be proficient with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft office tools
- Comfort with light copywriting is a plus
