Reporting to the Executive Director for Talent Management and Acquisition The primary purpose of the Training Consultant is to research, design, and deliver both instructor-led and online training sessions for the learning needs of the University Development Office and OneCarolina.
This will also include being an integral member of the onboarding team, working with members across UDO to ensure the appropriate coordination of the process, and will be a key contact to new hires through their first year at Carolina.
This individual will also assist in administering student internship and mentoring programs. Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree;
or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
