GridironIT is seeking a Software Engineer local to the Chantilly, VA area. TS/SCI Clearance is required. The Opportunity:

This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.
Work with us as we shape systems for the better. You Have:
Experience in working with microservices and containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
Experience with Java & Spring
Experience with Web Application, Service, or back-end development
Experience with the database persistence layer
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools, including Git and Jira
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain Security CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Open Systems architecture design principles
Experience with automated testing and DevOps technologies
Knowledge of user interface (UI) technologies, including React or AngularJS
Ability to work in a team environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Security CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification
