Job Description Instructional Systems Designer - Entry Level The Instructional Systems Designer position requires experience supporting the development, organization and delivery of training and/or educational programs for customer personnel. Delivery methods may include classroom instruction, web based training, focused briefings, multimedia presentation, or a combination of both. The position will require experience in the methods used to develop and enhance instructional curriculum, as well as experience in adult learning practices. The candidate will maximize the use of multimedia and instructional technologies to conduct effective education and training. Experience in various security disciples such as insider threat, security processing, adjudications, information assurance and counterintelligence is a plus. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or approximately 4 years of related work experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
