**Warehouse Supervisor/Manager (Full Time)**

ABOUT

Quality Nutrition Labs is immediately hiring an experienced full time warehouse manager in Cerritos, CA. The warehouse supervisor/manager is responsible for directing and overseeing staff and all warehouse operations in order to efficiently and effectively manage inventory for production, shipping, and receiving.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate, delegate, prioritize day-to-day activities including shipping, receiving, staging, tagging, transfers, maintenance, inventory control, etc.

* Excellent interpersonal, team building, and follow-up skills

* Develop staffing models to plan and allocate resources.

* Understand and comprehend production schedule to efficiently and effectively pull & stage components

* Attend weekly meetings to review production schedule with various other departments

* Ensure components are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures

* Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations

* Lead and train new employees on warehouse responsibilities. Provide feedback and performance appraisals on an annual basis to management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5 years of warehouse management experience

* Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety policies

* Strong computer skills in Windows based system especially in Microsoft Excel using formulas and equations

* Bilingual in English and Spanish

* Willingness to change and to continuously improve

* Detail oriented and have a passion for organization

* Ability to able to handle multiple tasks

* Analytical thinker, able to solve problems quickly and effectively

* Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and meet established deadlines

* Ability to work extended hours especially during peak times

* Ability to operate different types of forklifts

* Highly effective written and verbal skills to present to management
