Victory Casino Cruises is Hiring a Security Supervisor Near Cape Canaveral, FL
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that a high level of effective support is provided to all security officers, Security Managers and Department Heads to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to customers of Victory Casino Cruises. The Security Supervisor will also ensure that SOPs are complied with.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
- To play an active role in the issuing and returning of badging.
- To play an active role in the Lost and Found property process.
- Manage Security resources and deployment to ensure all support services, incidents, and routine logistics are actioned appropriately and in order of importance.
- Ensure that security staff is actively patrolling within their assigned areas and in place at static positions, performing their duties as per department standards and SOPs.
- Attend to and lead customer complaints and any conflict situations, alerting the Security Manager and/or Casino Manager to any concerns.
- As directed, proactively lead teams at entertainment and F&B venues, implementing crowd control procedures, and special events.
- Identify the need for, and conduct on shift training as required and in consultation with the Security Manager.
- As required assist the Security Manager in appropriate corrective guidance for any staff performance issues aligned with Victory Casino Cruises Human Resources policies, to ensure department standards are met.
- Assist the Security Manager in ensuring all shift administration is completed correctly and on time, including incident reports, logs, and other documentation.
- Assist the Security Manager with incident or emergency management as directed.
- To report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the Security Manager and/or Captain.
- Security Supervisor must have a fundamental knowledge of all relevant Acts and directives affecting the operation of the Security Department.
- Minimum of 2years experience as Security Officer or higher role.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Self-motivated and approachable.
- Attention to details.
- English- Fluent written and verbal.
