Treatment Specialist 1 (CV89-1) - Reentry Services Division
Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is looking to hire a Treatment Specialist 1. They will report to the Senior Treatment Coordinator and will be trained to become a vital part of their team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall treatment components of the corrections programs through:
Delivering approved treatment curriculum,
Conducting staff training,
Supporting data collection efforts,
Assuring quality of program delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and be certified in approved treatment curriculum
A thorough working knowledge of social learning theory, cognitive-behavioral intervention and approaches, assessment and evaluation
Demonstrated competencies in training, group interaction, and mentoring.
Effective communication skills
Ability to interact appropriately with clients
Must be able to work flexible hours.
A Valid driver's license and able to meet Volunteers of America driver standards
Only those applicants with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree should apply.
