The EIR is a pivotal role aimed at cultivating successful startups from the ground up. This position calls for seasoned entrepreneurial leaders adept at navigating the intricacies of company building, from ideation through to market launch and capitalization. The initial stealth mode companies are in HealthTech, Data Analytics Energy, and Advanced Manufacturing. All companies are using AI and Smart Systems to create the future of business in those sectors.

• Venture Development: Spearheaded the development of new ventures, ensuring that the transition from concept to an MVP is seamless and effective.
• Strategic Oversight: Craft and implement robust business strategies, manage financial planning and oversee commercial and operational milestones.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team committed to excellence and innovation, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
• Networking and Collaboration: Leverage a vast network to forge strategic partnerships, engage with potential investors, and maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders.

👀 We are looking for someone with…

• 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Vast experience in the Salesforce environment (crucial)
• Proven capability in strategic planning, financial management, commercial development, and operational execution.
• Leadership skills.
• Dynamic and highly self-motivated individual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• MBA or advanced degree is optional, although a plus.
