- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property's systems and equipment to identify and address any issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption to their experience.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, including laundry and kitchen appliances, lighting, and fixtures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all mechanical rooms, maintenance areas, and tools.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and special functions.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as part of a preventive maintenance program..
- All other jobs assigned by GM’s of properties.
