**A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR / IN-HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Representative, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade! You will promptly respond to in-home appointments and will provide appropriate assessments and recommendations to meet our clients' HVAC needs. If necessary, you will provide follow up visits to ensure a close of the sale, and will work directly with homeowners to structure and receive final payment details. Finally, you will draft all paperwork and submit to the office manager. Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.

While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings. You are always learning and improving. **QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR / IN-HOMES SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

* Education in marketing, business administration, or a related field

* 2 years of customer service experience or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Skills in sales

* Computer skills to perform presentations in customers' homes
