• Measure and Report Test Coverage
• Write and execute manual tests and identify tests for automated regression library
• Report defects and work with team to resolve
• Coach other team members in relevant aspects of Quality Assurance & Testing
• Review automated regression library to ensure intend outcome is achieved
• Ensure acceptance criteria is defined for user stories
• Ensure acceptance criteria for each user story is met
• Ensure appropriate testing tasks are scheduled for each sprint
• Actively collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness
• Participating proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements
Required Skills: • Experience in a Clinical Research setting is strongly encouraged.
• 8 years’ experience leading Software Quality Assurance and Testing in an agile or waterfall setting.
• 8 years’ experience working an agile setting.
• 8 years of hands on experience in testing, writing test plans, test cases, executing test cases, identifying defects.
• Experience Identifying Risk and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
