Medical Secretary/Receptionist Needed!
Busy and family-oriented pediatrics practice is looking to hire 2 medical receptionists. We are looking for someone who is hard-working and dedicated with a willingness to learn and contribute to the office. The candidate should also be friendly, helpful and able to interact with parents and patients.
Duties Include:
Greets patients and families in a friendly manner. * Able to perform patient check in/out * Answer multiple phones to make appointments/take messages etc * Obtains and updates patient demographics and scan insurance card or ID into EMR * Will obtain and verify insurance information online * Obtains necessary paperwork from parents/patients and collect copays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 47 per week
