Landscaper

Expectations

• Landscaping or similar experience required.
• Arrive on time, review scheduled work for the day, and secure necessary tools, materials and equipment to complete jobs.
• Hook, unhook, pull, and back up a variety of trailers needed to complete the job.
• Operate compact tractor, skid loader, and mini excavator to complete work.
• Communicate with clients during the job’s progression, and create written change orders based on the customers requests.
• Create a weekly job expense report for labor, materials, and all other variable cost expenses.
• Utilize our management software to its fullest extent.

Compensation

• Starting pay is $19 per hour, with guaranteed raises based on achieving performance indicators.
• Monthly salary, or hourly position during the winter available for snow removal.

• Hard manual labor. Shoveling landscaping rock, digging holes, and turning sand into a beautiful concrete curbing, is not for the faint of heart.
• Less structured environment. Since this is a new position in a fast growing company, A “figure it out” mindset is a must have.

• Landscape Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
