LEGAL SECRETARY-Bridgewater, NJ.

Bridgewater law firm seeking a legal secretary with 5 years litigation experience.

Strong administrative skills including excellent typing, transcribing, proofreading, spelling, vocabulary and grammar required. Heavy transcription responsibilities. Calendar responsibilities. Must have experience with e-filing on eCourts . Must be proficient in using WordPerfect, Word, Outlook, Adobe. Practice management (Practice Master), billing (Tabs3) and phones.

This is fast paced office with need to assimilate quickly. Must be able to solve problems. Must be highly organized, outgoing and common sense. Capable of following established processes and learning them quickly. Candidate must be able to converse well with co-workers, clients and other attorneys both in person and over the telephone. Must be able to communicate with court personnel. Capable of participating in shared phone responsibilities. Able to be productive regardless of daily interruptions.
