Who are you?

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Brentwood, Tennessee. The Well-being Program Manager, also known as a Client Services Manager, works with the Propel Client Services team to lead clients from around the world and assist them in designing and implementing effective well-being programs for their employee populations.

You will be combining your strategic planning skills with Propel's fully customized platform solution to implement and manage exciting well-being engagement programs and deliver meaningful results for your accounts.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in written and oral communication, has a background in employee benefits consulting or well-being program management, and is able to operate with a high level of autonomy.

What will you be doing?

• Build strong partner relationships with client's program administrators, mostly made up of HR and Benefits leaders;
• Provide strategic consulting for program-design and program-management;
• Lead weekly or bi-weekly calls with client teams to provide ongoing technical and creative guidance and support throughout the program year;
• Work closely with Propel’s internal technical and creative teams to provide innovative solutions and troubleshoot issues;
• Manage key technical and creative projects to ensure timely delivery;
• Assist client with interpreting reports and making program adjustments to build consistent employee engagement and help the client reach their program goals;

What skills will you need?

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required;
• Superior, demonstrated project-management skills;
• Previous Benefits Consultancy or Well-being Program Management experience preferred;
• Ability to provide the highest-level professional consultative support;
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills are a must;
