Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Planner/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling land-based radar systems projects, as well as other company products.

This is NOT a construction project manager role.

Responsibilities:

- Create schedules to support project cycle from development to production
- Collaborate with program managers and engineers to develop and update project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Produce project templates and identify potential delays or issues, providing recommendations.
- Coordinate with team in bid and proposal activity

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience with project planning/scheduling
- Bachelor's degree
- US Citizen capable of getting security clearance
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as MS Project
- Proven success in project planning
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
