• Prepare impressions, pour models, separate models, and pour contacts, utilizing PTC methods and company quality and work guidelines.
• Inspect work entering and departing the lab to ensure all quality standards and client requests are being met.
• Improve quality results through continued education and implementing positive changes as necessary.
• Meet daily target using multiple pouring techniques
• Produce all PTC designs using PTC methods
• Assist in continuous improvement in productivity and quality of product
• Serve as a critical team member, interacting with others and communicating issues or defects directly to Operations Manager

Your Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a dental model tech or similar position is a plus.
• Excellent organization and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining quality work.
• Knowledge of PTC methods and procedures.
• Computer experience, including Microsoft Office products.

Location:

This position is located in Branford, CT. Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.

Interview Process

1. Information Screening : The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
2. Panel Interview : 60-minute interview with two to three key members of the team. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job’s functions.
3. Offer : The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent.
