Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavioral therapy and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and implementing behavioral health interventions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Requirements:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
- Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, data collection, and treatment planning

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $78,935.75 - $95,062.41 per year

Expected hours: 76 – 100 per week
