Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces, preparing surfaces for painting, and applying paint and other finishes to a variety of structures.

Duties:
- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
- Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to various surfaces
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
- Calculate costs and negotiate prices
- Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to determine the layout of a painting project
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, or other finishes to equipment, buildings, bridges, or other structures

Skills:
- Proficiency in masonry, drywall, plaster work
- Ability to maintain and repair various types of surfaces
- Knowledge of trim carpentry for finishing touches
- Experience in remodeling projects
- Fixture installation skills
- Familiarity with construction estimating for accurate project planning
- Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
