Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of our marketing and sales strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. With direction from the Chief Sales Officer this position with be located onsite at our Bowling Green Kentucky Corporate Headquarters. 

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Chief Sales Officer in developing marketing budgets, strategies, and goals for the company
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Supports the activities of the business development team with marketing, advertising, and incentive ideas to stimulate better customer loyalty and sales growth
• Collaborate with creative and media agency to implement marketing campaigns
• Lead and drive the social media strategy for Bluegrass including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram among others.
• Maintain calendar of compelling content and activities and deliver on them.
• Manages and suggests marketing activities (both direct and indirect marketing) which may include media buys (traditional through digital), email marketing, direct mail, PR, printing, event planning, signage strategies, digital media, website management, social media and other brand enhancing assets.
• Be accountable for marketing metrics, aligning measurement and reporting cadence with business stakeholders.
• Work in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to all safety rules and practices
• Represent the company’s core values at all times
• Other related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or an industry-relevant field
• 1 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
