Team Member (Full Time)

**Omni-Channel (Fulfillment) Associate Duties:**
* Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks in the store including: Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS) and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes
* Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes
* Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards
* Assist in the completion of incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping orders
* Assist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards
* Assist in the completion of incoming BOPIS orders including picking, pack, and staging the orders for customer pickup
* Support the Customer Pickup Process of BOPIS orders by retrieving orders from the stage/holding area in a timely manner
* Assist in the BOPIS aged order review by reviewing orders, changing order status in the system and returning product to the sales floor if necessary
*All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.* We **LOVE**

* Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely
* Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic mathPer H
Description Requirements **Required Skills**
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
* Able to stand for extended periods of time
* Highly accountable and has integrity
* Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends
