Position: Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Schedule: Weekday Evening and Flexible Weekend Hours (Saturday and Sunday)

Location: In-Home and Community-Based Settings

Job Details:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to work part-time with neurodiverse children (i.emay have a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD and/or other learning differences) between the ages of 2-10 years old.

Responsibilities for this job include:

• Implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in clients' homes and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and community locations.
• Ability to work weekday evenings (i.e. 4-7pm) and flexible weekend schedules consistently.
