Our talented bakery team members help in all aspects of our product creation process. They:

***Your recipe for success:***

* Minimum of 1 year of experience successfully working in a high-volume bakery production, banquet production kitchen, restaurant kitchen, or similar environment is required, but we are open to training ambitious candidates who have a demonstrated interest in working as a bakery production team member.

* Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.

* Passion for baking with a keen eye for freshness, quality and cleanliness.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* An appetite for learning (and delicious pastries, breads, and desserts).

* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts - availability for at least one weekend shift per weekend is a must absent exceptional circumstances.

* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

* Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

* Familiarity/experience with laminating doughs, mixing/spiral mixers, proofing, shaping, and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and/or breads highly preferred

* Spanish &/or Portuguese language skills a plus

*Shifts available:*

* Pastry Team

6 a.m.-2 p.m. & 7 a.m. 3 p.m.

* Bread Team

7 a.m. 4 p.m., 8 a.m.- 4p.m., & 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
