Position: Lead Java Developer

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer (More Back-end Focused). who can design, code, implement, deploy independently as well as help lead a small team of engineers in the future Guidance will be provided and is always available, but these resources must be proactive with communicating impediments and a strong willingness to learn.
