Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

This RN position with the Home Health Division of Texoma Medical Center. This position covers Fannin County and is based in Bonham, TX. Employees are eligible for competitive base rates, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling. We provide needed clinical supplies.

Full time and PRN openings.

Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for patients in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients and their families, and a referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for and participates in the coordination of care.

Job Requirements

• Current nursing license or compact license, able to practice in TX
• One year full time nursing experience required. Home Health experience preferred.
• AHA BLS required at hire.
• Valid Driver License and Auto Liability Insurance required at hire
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
