Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Automation)
Salary: Up to 110k depending on experience
Bonus: 8% Quarterly Target Bonus
Profit Sharing has been at least $8-10k on average deposited annually into 401k

Key Notes:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 5 Years of Professional Experience
- This position will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects delivering a continuous improvement of our safety, quality, delivery, and cost through the elimination of waste from our production processes, launching new products/processes into operations, and by educating and empowering our production staff
- This role will have a bit more of an automation component to it. They will be involved with Capital Projects and Process improvements.
- Experience designing simple automated fixtures onto full access robotic assembly cells (They are looking for someone with a strong automation background and someone with strong robotics integration/mechatronics design work will make them a good fit)
- Problem-solving skills with experience using root cause analysis techniques
- 3D CAD Proficiency. They will use CREO at the plant but can be proficient in other software as long as they are understanding and willing to work in CREO
