Project Manager/Estimator Needed in Spokane!!
The leading heavy civil contractor in the Spokane area are looking to add a Project Manager / Estimator to their team to focus on Private Works and Subdivision Development projects! This group is well-known throughout Spokane for safety, quality of work, and culture!
Project Manager/Estimator Requirements
- Construction degree preferred
- 10 years in heavy civil construction
- 5 years as a lead Project Manager/Estimator required
- Ability to estimate with HCSS required
- Project experience within private works, subdivision development, and earthwork/underground utilities required
- Ability to work closely with Owners/Architects required
