Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess strong analytical and assessment skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Familiarity with medical records management
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with individuals, families, and caregivers
