Role: Influencer Marketing Manager (Company Confidential) - Based in our offices in east Boca Raton

This is an incredible opportunity to work on the launch of a new social media/tech brand that appeals to everyone and will be a 'must have' product for young people worldwide ages 12-30 (especially college and high school ages).

Salary: TBD based on individual’s abilities, most will be unpaid internships that will have significant bonus/commission potential; opportunity for promotions and full-time roles and to earn significant bonuses based on the success of the social media campaigns you manage and the influencers you work with. Although these internships are focused on social media, we want you to learn about all the key areas of marketing including general marketing, packaging, promotion, email marketing, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, event marketing, new product development and more.

Role has high levels of interaction with the Chief Marketing Officer as well as the Director of Social Media and also well as the President (2 time successful entrepreneur) & even the CEO (25 years of C-suite experience leading Fortune 500 companies and tech start-ups). This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of the launch of a new brand that will soon be a household name.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies & creative briefs
• Identifying suitable influencers for each campaign and building relationships with them
• Reaching out to shortlisted influencers and onboarding them
• Coordinating with influencers and relevant teams throughout the duration of the campaign
• Developing full-fledged influencer marketing programs and scaling them, then measuring and tracking them
• Putting together events to support influencer marketing campaigns
• Monitoring influencer performance and evaluating its impact on the campaign
• Coordinating with executive team to ensure that campaigns are aligned with each other & overall strategy
• Attending local events to strengthen brand networks and promote campaigns

Qualifications

• A great ‘Can do’ attitude
• Someone who loves connecting with people, is fun, social, and understands how social media and influencers work
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree (or degree in progress) in Marketing or a related field
• Our influencer marketing managers handle key responsibilities to help us develop and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns. They’re responsible for identifying and coordinating with influencers on a campaign as well as managing the execution of multiple campaigns and influencers.
• They must ensure that the campaigns are executed in alignment with other marketing strategies, especially the messaging and content on the website, and any other digital and social media campaigns, then track and evaluate the results to continually improve them and the campaigns they manage. They work closely with our executive team comprised of successful Fortune 500 executives and entrepreneurs. Our Influencer marketing managers may also be required to attend events on behalf of the company. These events are intended to strengthen the brand’s network and/or help to promote the campaign.
