A vehicle salesperson works with our customers to assist them in finding their next/new vehicle while helping the dealership gain a sale. The ability to work with the public is a must and customer service background is helpful. But the successful candidate must be energetic, strong willed, detail oriented, have a positive attitude and strong ethics. You must also be a "people person", able to follow direction, take criticism, and have the competitive fire inside to be the best. Having that competitive personality is really the key to ultimate success in this business. If you already have vehicle sales experience, that will put you at the front of the line. If not, that is fine, but you will need to have all of the attributes that allow a route to success.
