Broome Tioga BOCES is Hiring a Web Application Developer Near Binghamton, NY
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration and development of the ServiceNow platform
- Working with various SCRIC Business Units, departments, and stakeholders to document design requirements and acceptance criteria for new enhancements on the platform
- Planning, testing, and implementing new enhancements and features to the ServiceNow platform, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent on a monthly release cycle
- Planning, testing, and implementing major upgrades to the software twice annually
- Releasing out-of-band fixes for bugs and issues reported by SCRIC staff and end users
- Participating in daily Agile Scrum meetings and monthly Sprint Planning sessions
- Three (3) Professional References Required - These must be filled out in the section of your application where requested.
- A copy of your diploma may be uploaded in place of transcripts if necessary
