Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing for individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans is seeking a part-time Property Caretaker / light maintenance for our building in Billings, MT.
Wage : $19.00 / hour Excellent part time benefit package - On Demand Pay, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Life Insurance, Employee Assistant Program, Wellness Rebate, Education Reimbursement and Retirement Savings Plan (403b) AND 2 Bedroom caretaker unit available - RENT FREE! (available not required)
As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not
You're qualified for this position : Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision.
