Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The candidate will be expected to work 55 hours weekly, including Saturdays. The ideal person will have a strong sense of responsibility, reliablitlity and take pride in their work.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel including operations, finances, and guest services
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and issues promptly
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with various departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Handle night audit procedures and address any discrepancies

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in revenue management techniques
- Knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and phone systems
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
