Luminate Home Loans (NEO Division) is seeking an experienced Loan Coordinator to work in our Benton, Arkansas branch.

• Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Loan Application Support:
• Assist in collecting and organizing client financial information for loan applications.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and ensure completeness.
• Documentation Management:
• Manage and organize loan files, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.
• Communication and Client Interaction:
• Communicate with clients and real estate partners to provide updates on the loan application process.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the production team, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Compliance and Regulation:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout the loan origination process.
• Stay informed about changes in mortgage lending regulations and guidelines.
• Pipeline Management:
• Track and manage the loan pipeline to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
• Provide regular updates to loan officers on the status of applications.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, guiding them through the mortgage application process.
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to loan officers, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Assist in marketing efforts and client outreach as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, with a high level of personal energy and commitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or similar mortgage experience preferred; however, candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
