Liberty Personnel Services is Hiring a General Ledger Accountant Near Bensalem, PA
General Ledger AccountantRole: As a General Ledger Accountant, you'll report up to an Accounting Manager with full exposure to the executive team. The GL Accountant will be responsible for reconciliation of cash accounts, analyzing general ledger accounts, assist with month end close, assist with financial statement preparation, etc. This is for the accountant that wants to grow, wants to learn all aspects of accounting, and be a part of a team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist Accounting Manager with month end close
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and analysis
- Perform cash reconciliations and reporting
- Assist with financial Statement preparation
- Assist Accounting Manager and controller with process improvements, controls, documentation, etc.
- Assist with Annual Audit and work with external firms
- Special Projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 2 years of progressive accounting or audit experience. Public or Corporate Accounting
- Certifications are a plus but not required
- Prior experience with US GAAP and SOX is a huge plus
- Ability to work with professionals of all levels both in person and remotely
Compensation:A competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including Base Salary, 10% bonus, medical, dental, vision, great 401K, profit sharing, tuition, vacation, paid holidays, etc.
