A fun, fast-paced sustainable landscape company is looking for someone to round out the professional landscape team, installing native landscapes and efficient irrigation systems. They are looking for someone who is excited to learn and implement sustainable gardening practices for customers across Central Oregon.

REQUIREMENTS
* Completion of an irrigation/landscape training program or 2 years mentored field experience in irrigation or landscaping
* Driver's license for driving work truck to worksite locations
* Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 (Accommodations for exceptions will be provided as required by law)
PREFERENCES
* Comfortable stooping, standing, and kneeling for various lengths of time
* Willingness to learn and contribute to all aspects of business, including maintenance, irrigation, soil amending and use of equipment
* Comfortable taking on a leadership responsibility in the field. Has the ability to direct crew and staff with clear instructions and objectives for the day
JOB DUTIES
* Ensuring accurate, efficient repairs to irrigation systems
* Pricing out repairs and estimates for various jobs
* Creating and updating hydro zone maps to keep in client files
* Winterizing properties to prevent irrigation pipes from freezing
* Completing daily work logs, maintaining safe working conditions on job sites, and managing equipment and tools
* Performing other duties as assigned
HOURS
* 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday
* Opportunity to grow into a 3/4 fulltime designer, with year round employment
PAY
* $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience
* Rates are evaluated after 90 days or at the end of the season
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Irrigation truck is provided from the base office
* Employees provided with snacks, occasional free produce, and flexible part-time working schedules
* Individuals with leadership skills qualify for growth as a Crew Leader or Irrigation Designer
