Theideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a high degree ofcustomer focus, talented, energetic collaborator who has the right mis ofHands on exposure to system engineering, monitoring, incident response,infrastructure administration covering system, networks, storage anddatabases (Linux/Azure Cloud /Docker & Kubernetes) or similar hostingplatforms and troubleshooting thereof.
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor's degree incomputer science, engineering and demonstrated IT work experience /MSc incomputer science, Electronics, B.E/B Tech Computers,Electronics/telecommunications.
•Work Experience: 0-3 years ofexperience as a part of Global IT Operations, System administration, Cloudadministration, and for application/product Technical Support.
•Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
•Meticulous, excellent analyticalskills, and a strong team player who works well with immediate and extendedteam, and consistency puts the customer & team above oneself.
•Ability to work in and keep upwith a fast moving environment via effective prioritization and timemanagement. Experience working in virtualized enterprise networking
•Demonstrated problem solvingability, superior technical aptitude, proven ability to manage complex tasks,and strong analytical skills, ability to recognize plat forms and dependency.
•Good understanding of SLA and KPIwith experience in productivity tools like Excel for data analysis andreporting.
•exposure to enterprise customerhandling practices through ticketing, phone, email, etc., efficient customerescalation and stakeholder handling, leading to successful long termrelationships.
