Overlake Medical Center is Hiring an Inventory Specialist (Full-Time / Days) Near Bellevue, WA

Pay range:
$24.93 - $37.39
Overlake is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team.
  • Responsible for the overall accuracy and efficiency of the organization's medical supply inventory and inventory systems including both perpetual and expensed based inventories.
  • Responsible for meeting applicable regulatory requirements from entities such as the FDA, DOH, and Joint Commission and actively participating during surveys.
  • Effectively obtains the monthly departmental expired supply documentation and audits supply areas throughout the hospital.
  • Trains staff on inventory functions within the MMIS system and educates staff hospital-wide on the proper care and maintenance of supplies.
Full Time/Day Shift
Monday-Friday
Qualifications
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree highly desired.
  • Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
  • Five years of experience in supply chain logistics required, with emphasis on inventory management preferred.
