Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in an efficient and timely manner.
- Process account openings, transfers, and changes.
- Provide support to financial advisors, including research and analysis.
- Support the compliance process through document and data collection.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Utilize SalesForce, financial planning tools and other software applications to accurately process client requests.
- At least 3 years of exp.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Series 7 and Series 65 licenses.
- CFP, CFA, and/or Trust/Estate Planning certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in SalesForce and other software applications.
