ADAMIS GROUP is seeking a Beauty Retail Advisor for in store support for a luxury mens grooming brand for a high end department store in Bellevue Square.

Job Summary:

This role is a freelance part time position with a strong focus on sales to join our team. -This is a perfect fit for those looking to supplement their current work life!

Please note, that this role requires WEEKEND hours and some holidays.

Responsibilities:

As an Adamis Group Beauty Advisor, your primary goals are to drive retail sales, promote brand awareness and educate clients and employees on the benefits of our client brand(s).

Additional Expectations:

• Approach customers proactively, engaging them in conversations and meet sales goals.
• Demonstrate product(s) if applicable and personalize the experience around the customers needs/wants they are shopping for
• Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive retail sales.
• Maintain a visually appealing area for our client brand (s) shelf space/end cap/counter space, ensuring that products are properly displayed, labeled, and stocked.

Experience Needed:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the beauty world, specifically in a sale capacity in retailers, such as a Sephora, Bluemercury, Nordstrom, Dillard's, Macy's, etc.
• Proven track record of achieving shift sales goals
• Experience in educating employees on benefits of beauty brands
• Consultative approach when connecting with a customer or client.
• Strong Interpersonal skills on multiple levels from management to the customer

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
