What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and maintain relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their technical needs are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions for client's technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- End to end responsibility for all the client product requirements and deliveries.
- Representing Aura in front of the customer and representing the customer in front of the Aura internal teams.
- Be on top of all the product innovations and directions as well as the Google changes and their implications on the Aura products.
- Experience working directly and building relationships with clients while analyzing their needs, including troubleshooting technical issues, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or product improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising between clients and internal teams, and articulating technical solutions to clients.
- Mid to senior level technical or engineering experience with large corporations in the Telecom market.
- Ability to address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding the technical aspects of a product or service promptly and efficiently.
- Passionate to learn the technology and understand the bits and bites of the Aura solution and the Android Eco system.
- Experience working with US Telcos companies
- Pre-sale experience
- Experience working with platforms that are build on Android OS
