Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities.

Duties:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders and monitoring
- Help with mobility assistance and transfers
- Implement behavior management techniques when needed

Skills:

- Experience in meal preparation for clients with specific dietary requirements
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Ability to clean and maintain a hygienic environment
- Familiarity with first aid procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in using systems for documenting care activities
- Compassion and empathy for providing quality care to individuals in need

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.80 - $16.61 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
