Job Description: Driver will work a minimum of 3 days a week and possibly a day on the weekend. Responsibilities will include delivering and picking up customer equipment. Other responsibilities include vehicle maintanence such as tire pressure and oil changes on the fleet of vans as well as weekly cleaning.
Reporting: This position reports to the Lab Calibration or General Manager
Mission:A Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting equipment from one location to another. They are responsible for the safe and timely transit of the cargo. A few of the main duties of a driver are following traffic laws, correctly following the right route, ensure that there is enough gas, and maintain a clean vehicle interior.
Must maintain safe travel in traffic & maintain an upbeat attitude to ensure clients are satisfied with their service.
Functional Accountabilities:
· Pick-up and delivery goods to and from customer locations
· Receive service items into data system
· Back-up shipping and receiving position
· Assist in warehouse organization and maintenance
