- Ensuring members are using correct form at all times
- Provide progressions and regressions for all exercises as needed
- Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment
- Set up, break down, and store equipment before and/or after classes
- Ensuring the studio is impeccably maintained
- Membership acquisition and retention
- Administrative duties associated with memberships
- Completing client fitness appraisals
- Welcoming members by name
- Attending and participating in monthly staff meetings and outings
- Group training, personal training and/or coaching experience
- Extremely punctual and reliable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- The ability and desire to connect with people
- Exceptional communication skills and comfortable with public speaking
- Ability to work weekends between 7:30am and 11am, and/or weekdays between 4:30am and 7am
- High character individual
- Must understand functional movement, HIIT, heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
- Must hold a nationally accredited fitness certification that is up to date (NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM preferred)
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
- Experience as a group fitness instructor or personal trainer
- Pass F45 Bay Shore onboarding process which includes modules
- Must be willing to speak with members about pricing
- Must participate/take class on a weekly basis
- Must be able to safely lift 75 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and participate in classes for an extended period of time
- Ability to execute all exercises and movements for classes
