Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP S4HANA FICO Solution Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a focus on SAP S4HANA FICO to join our team as an Associate Director! This role will play a pivotal role in shaping our SAP S4HANA FICO solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across projects!
Role Summary:
Own the Business Processes/workstream and ensure the To-Be process is fully mapped to SAP and requirements collection
Lead exploration phase workshop from Cognizant side, advocating Best Practices approach
Represent the Project with business area executive and first-line stakeholders
Lead the execution of unit testing, integration, support UAT testing, own the production cutover and hyper care activities.
Ability to understand & provide directions to the customer, from an upgrade standpoint.
Prepare functional components, configuration activities, functional specifications, and all associated project documentations.
Point of contact for project team on all functional questions or issues
Analyze and resolve all functional related issues
Validate any changes to the functional requirements through project and implement the changes per approved change requests.
Provide direction to the Project Manager on functional Cognizant resource needs
Provide consistent and open communication throughout project and prepare the weekly status reports
Liaise with operational resources on project timeline and implementation status
Own the functional value stream implementation process
Drive the solution's common design to the operational strategy
Ensure adequate hand-off with the offshore team for effective delivery.
Role Qualifications:
15 years of SAP FICO functional experience
Prior experience leading SAP S/4 HANA Bluefield and brownfield Implementations as a Functional Lead
SAP FI Consultant with a good SAP FICO Foundation, familiar with SAP MM, EWM and SD Integration, SAP FICO Material Ledger, Vendor Integration, Product Costing and Centre Accounting (CCA)
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
