Job Description
The Student Intern/ Worker - Assists in the deployment, support, and maintenance of Tiger Hospitality IT equipment and services.
Job Responsibilities
•Installs and configures equipment as directed
•Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
•Properly cleans and maintains IT equipment
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they appear across campus
•Support operations team in the installation, use, and maintenance of IT equipment and administrative devices.
•Reports digital security and device operationality concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
•Adhere to Aramark and health department food safety and kitchen conduct regulations
•Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
•Previous technical support experience preferred
•Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
•Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
